Terms & Conditions for Terms & Conditions for Classes, Workshops, and Artwork Sales

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
   
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
   
• You must be 18 years or older to register for classes involving nude figure models.
   
• By registering, you agree to all terms outlined below.
  
   

All participants are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
   
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
   
• This is a learning environment — critique and conversation should remain constructive and respectful.
   

Figure drawing classes may include clothed or nude models.

By registering, you agree to the following:

• Models must be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect at all times.
   
• No photography, video recording, or audio recording is allowed during figure drawing sessions.
   
• No comments on a model’s body, appearance, or identity are permitted.
   
• No sexualized behavior, gestures, or remarks.
   
• Any violation of model safety or respect will result in immediate removal from the class without refund.

• The artist reserves the right to end a session if a model’s comfort or safety is compromised.

• Participants are responsible for their own physical and emotional well-being.
   
• Classes may involve standing, sitting, movement, and the use of art materials.
   
• By participating, you acknowledge and assume any risks associated with the activity.
   
• The artist is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
   

• Unless otherwise stated, participants are responsible for bringing their own art supplies.
   
• Some materials may be provided for specific workshops.
   
• Please use materials safely and as instructed.
   

• All artwork created by participants remains the property of the participant.
   
• The artist may request permission to photograph completed work for promotional purposes.
   
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell instructional materials, demonstrations, or class content without permission.
   

• Photography or recording during classes is not allowed unless explicitly stated.
   
• Any promotional photography by the artist will only include participants with consent.
   

• All fine art sales are final unless otherwise stated.
   
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen seeings.
   
• The artist retains copyright to all original artwork unless explicitly transferred in writing.
   
• Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
   

• The artist reserves the right to adjust class content, instructors, models, or schedules as needed.
   
• Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
   

By registering for a class, workshop, or purchasing artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
